Harcourts Hawke’s Bay Arts Festival:  Terms and Conditions

Ticket prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST where applicable. Transaction fees apply at the point of sale. All ticket sales are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged after purchase. Programme details are correct at the time of printing but are subject to change where necessary and without notice. The Hawke’s Bay Arts Festival has the right to add, withdraw, reschedule or substitute artists and/or vary advertised programmes, prices, venues, seating arrangements and audience capacity. All tickets are general admission and tickets cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged. Tickets may not be resold or offered for resale at a premium (including online auctions) or used for advertising, promoting or other commercial purposes without the prior consent of The Hawke’s Bay Arts Festival. If a ticket is sold or used in breach of this condition, the ticket may be cancelled without a refund and the bearer of the ticket may be refused entry. Latecomers may not be admitted until a suitable time in the performance, and for certain events, may not be admitted at all. The use of cameras and other recording devices is strictly prohibited. All mobile phones must be turned off or switched to silent mode.

Your contact information is collected and held by the HBAF at the offices of HBAF in Havelock North, New Zealand. The information is used only to send you information about HBAF and related arts events (and may be disclosed to third party contractors and service providers of HBAF for such purposes).

Ticketing information 

When you purchase tickets through this website, you are bound by the Ticketek Terms and Conditions and Online Terms of Sale. Any booking you make on the Ticketek website is a matter solely between you and Ticketek and the Festival shall have no liability or obligations for such bookings.

You agree that the purpose of the Pacific Blue fare finder facility on this website is to give website users the ability to make a booking on the Pacific Blue website.  Any booking you make on the Pacific Blue website is a matter solely between you and Virgin Blue and the Festival shall have no liability or obligations for such bookings.

 Education

Once your booking has been processed you will be contacted by us either via phone or email, if you have not heard from us within three working days please contact us on (06) 651 2487.
Once your booking has been processed you will be sent an invoice for payment of the TOTAL number of students and paying adults booked to attend.
Once payment has been received your booking will be confirmed via email to the main contact provided.

Cancellation Policy
Bookings can be cancelled in writing up to 20 working days prior to the performance without any penalty.
Cancellations in writing between 10 and 20 working days will be liable for 50% of the full amount stated on the invoice.
No cancellations after 10 working days prior to the performance will be accepted and you will be liable for the full amount stated on the invoice.
No refunds will be given for cancellations after 10 working days prior to the performance.
Unpaid Bookings: are subject to the same terms and conditions of the cancellation policy above.
