Seating and Accessibility

Seating, Concessions, Groups and Accessibility

Tickets are $25

All standard tickets in the Festival programme this year are $25. Premium seats are priced at $35.

Doors will open 30 minutes prior to each performance.

Seating:

For performances at the Toitoi Opera House all seats are allocated. Some performances at The Blyth Performing Arts Centre, and Napier Municipal Theatre also have allocated seating. For all other performances and venues, seating is General Admission, first-come-first-served.

Concession & Children’s Pricing:

This year there are no concession prices available due to the simple pricing structure on offer. Standard tickets are $25, or premium seats are $35. For The Grumpiest Child in the World, seats are free for children age 12 & under with a paying adult. For these shows babies under 1 may sit on a parent’s lap. Many shows have audience age recommendations, please refer to these before making a booking.

Corporate Packages:

For enquires regarding corporate hosting packages, including food and beverage, contact hospitality@hbaf.co.nz

Show Times & Latecomers:

We recommend you arrive at the venue at least 30 minutes prior to the start of the show. This will give you time to mingle and find your seats before the performance begins. Some shows do have a lock-out policy and latecomers will not be admitted unless there is a suitable break in the performance.

Photos / Videos / Mobile Devices:

The use of mobile phones or other photography or recording devices is not permitted during shows. We have an official festival photographer and videographer and will post photos and updates on our Facebook page regularly.
